📋 Description

• • As a Product Design Lead at Conductor AI Inc., you will take ownership of the user experience and drive the evolution of product design in a fast-growing AI-focused company, eliminating design bottlenecks and enabling engineering teams to work independently through scalable, code-ready design systems.
• • Day to day, you will build an AI-native React-based design system consumable by AI tools, educate engineers on leveraging the system for independent UI/UX decisions, lead rapid prototyping for early feedback, review frontend changes for design concerns, and establish scalable design processes with tight feedback loops to customers and strategists.
