📋 Description

• • As a Product Design Lead at Bunch Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of the company’s platform while leading and mentoring a small team of product designers to deliver exceptional, user-centred design solutions that directly impact how investors engage with private market services.
• • You will lead design initiatives across multiple product squads, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive strategic design decisions that balance business needs with intuitive interactions, while building and nurturing a high-performing design team through mentorship, hiring, performance management, and the establishment of design culture, processes, and standards that enable scalable growth.
• • Your responsibilities include end-to-end product design leadership—from ideation to execution—championing user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, leveraging data-driven insights, ensuring accessibility and usability, defining design system ownership and governance, establishing efficient workflows and handoff standards, implementing automation and tooling improvements, and advocating for user-centered design across the organization through stakeholder management and technical collaboration with engineering teams.
