- • As a pivotal leader within the business-to-business (B2B) product domain, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Okta's enterprise identity solutions. This role places you at the nexus of innovation, working in close partnership with leaders in Product Management and Engineering to define and execute the vision and strategy for our core offerings.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to lead and nurture a team of talented product designers. You will guide them in tackling some of the most complex and impactful challenges in the SaaS landscape, including enterprise federations, delegated administration, and multi-tenancy.
- • A key aspect of your role will be translating these intricate technical concepts into intuitive, secure, and seamless user experiences that empower our business customers and drive adoption.
- • Beyond your direct team's output, you will be an integral member of the Auth0 Design Leadership team. This collaborative group is dedicated to building an exceptional design organization, serving as force multipliers and culture builders for the entire design practice.
- • Within this leadership peer group, you will engage in workshopping complex leadership challenges, sharing best practices, and ensuring that as Okta continues to grow, it remains a world-class environment for designers to thrive and develop their careers.
