- • As a Product Designer at Span Labs, you will lead the design of features from end-to-end, shaping how engineering organizations adopt and effectively use AI tools to improve their workflows.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on product decisions and roadmap planning, contribute to the design system to maintain consistent style and quality, and help shape the design culture as the second designer at the company.
- • Span Labs is an AI-native engineering intelligence platform backed by prominent founders, CTOs, and investors from companies like Slack, Notion, Rippling, Fivetran, Coda, Adobe, and Square, focused on turning AI adoption into real engineering effectiveness.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the design culture, work on impactful products such as AI-driven maintenance tracking and organizational insights features, and grow your expertise in B2B SaaS design for engineering teams.
