Product Designer

📋 Description

• • As a Product Designer at Cision, you will craft creative, intuitive user experiences that directly impact customer conversion flows and in-app purchasing habits, playing a key role in optimizing the eCommerce shopping journey to drive revenue and product growth.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate within a cross-functional team of Product Managers and Developers to map and optimize customer journeys, apply data-driven insights using tools like Pendo, conduct A/B testing and user research, write persuasive copy, contribute to product taxonomy, and present design concepts to stakeholders while ensuring strategic alignment from concept to delivery.
• • You will join Cision’s growing Product Design team within a global leader in PR, marketing, and social media management technology, where curiosity, collaboration, and innovation are championed, and your work will contribute to authentic connections that matter across brands and stakeholders worldwide.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in UX/CX, conversion rate optimization, and SaaS product design while building strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams, and grow your ability to influence business outcomes through design in a supportive, inclusive, and globally distributed environment.
