📋 Description

• As a Product Designer at Peek Travel Inc., you will craft thoughtful, user-first experiences across the Peek, ACME, and Connect&GO brands, powering experiences for tour and activity operators, museums, theme parks, and cultural attractions worldwide.
• You will own design for features across B2B and B2C surfaces—framing problems, designing solutions, and shipping polished work in close partnership with product managers and engineers to make complex workflows feel intuitive and delightful.
• You’ll join a small, hands-on design team within a remote-first, globally distributed company recognized as a top workplace by Forbes and Built In, where your contributions directly shape product outcomes and user trust.
• In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in user research, prototyping, AI-augmented design workflows, and design systems, while growing your impact through end-to-end ownership of meaningful features that reduce friction and build trust for users.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product or UX design, ideally on B2B, SaaS, or operational platforms
• Strong proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflows
• A track record of using research to guide design decisions
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to clarify ambiguity and align stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with short turnarounds without sacrificing quality
