- • As a Senior Product Designer at CreatorIQ, you will take real ownership of the design process from initial sketches to shipped features, shaping products that solve real user problems in the B2B SaaS space.
- • You will act as the Design Lead within a product trio (Product, Engineering, and Design), collaborating closely to simplify workflows, remove friction, and ensure shipped features are high-quality and true to the design.
- • You will partner with developers throughout the build process, evolve and maintain the Design System as a living foundation, conduct usability tests, and contribute to research and product strategy beyond ticket-level work.
- • You will work with a global, values-driven team that prioritizes impact over ego, operating in a flexible hybrid model that supports collaboration and innovation across time zones.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience designing for B2B SaaS products, with a focus on solving real user problems rather than just visual design.
- • Fluency in UX/UI patterns and the judgment to know when to apply or break them based on user needs.
- • Ability to map user flows quickly, prototype rapidly, and communicate design thinking clearly, especially in asynchronous environments.
- • Experience working in Agile squads and collaborating effectively with engineers without creating unnecessary friction.
- • Foundational understanding of front-end technologies to ensure designs are technically feasible and grounded in reality.
- • Comfort working with distributed teams, including flexibility for occasional synchronous meetings across time zones.
