Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • As a Product Designer at Thatch Health Inc., you will craft beautiful, end-to-end experiences for businesses, their teams, and brokers using our health insurance platform, directly contributing to raising the bar for design in a historically subpar healthcare industry.
- • Day to day, you will participate in and shape the entire product development process from idea inception to production, work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, product, sales, operations, and leadership, develop and maintain the design system and brand assets, write design documentation and guidelines, and iterate on design standards, tooling, and processes.
- • Thatch is a fully distributed, early-stage company using technology to transform healthcare in America, composed of a happy, friendly, high-velocity team focused on enabling members to get the healthcare benefits they need while feeling calm, fulfilled, and liberated.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to own the full design process — from UX strategy to product design and company branding — shape the vision and strategy of the design team, and make a tangible impact on improving user experiences in a complex, meaningful domain.
🎯 Requirements

- • Obsession with understanding and serving users to make their lives better
- • Demonstrated first principle thinking and mastery of fundamental design principles
- • Experience operating in ambiguous environments solving complex user problems
- • Ability to balance blue sky creativity and dedication to craft with bias to action
- • Ability to read and/or write HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

About Thatch Health Inc.
Thatch Health operates a consumer health-benefits platform that enables employers to give employees a debit card and app for paying medical expenses. Funds are sourced from pre-tax HSA/FSA dollars or employer-funded stipends; the card automatically approves eligible providers and items. Users track spending, submit receipts, and access telehealth through the app, while employers see aggregate analytics and reduce payroll taxes. The company partners with banks and payment networks to issue FDIC-insured accounts and complies with IRS regulations for healthcare benefit administration.
