📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Designer at Monks Technology Services, you will lead end-to-end design for enterprise-scale, customer-facing digital products, bringing clarity to complex problem spaces and delivering consistent, user-centered experiences across applications and platforms.
• You will own the full design lifecycle—from discovery and strategy to execution—facilitating workshops with stakeholders, designing intuitive UI/UX solutions, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and making strategic design decisions grounded in user and business insights.
