📋 Description

• As a Middle Product Designer at Skelar AS, you will transform complex internal admin systems into tools that genuinely accelerate business operations, directly impacting the efficiency of companies serving 10+ million users globally.
• Your day-to-day will involve designing complex interfaces from scratch, auditing and optimizing existing tools, working with large data sets to build intuitive dashboards and content management systems, and creating/maintaining a UI Kit or Design System to ensure consistency and speed in internal product development.
• You’ll join a venture-builder environment where specialists are considered the core value, operating within Skelar Platform — an operational core that supports founders by handling Legal, Finance, HR, Admin, Talent, IT, and more, allowing business teams to focus on product innovation.
• In this role, you’ll gain end-to-end ownership of UX for admin systems, validate stakeholder needs with top management and analytics/marketing leads, and drive measurable business outcomes such as reduced operational costs, fewer user errors, and faster moderation and analytics workflows — all while growing your expertise in product thinking, data visualization, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-impact, mission-driven setting.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Product, UX, or UI Designer
• Experience working with administrative systems (back-office, CRM, ERP, or similar internal tools) and understanding admin panel logic
• Strong UX mindset with ability to build complex user flows, information architecture, and understand how users interact with tables, data, and forms
• Product thinking — ability to focus on business logic, processes, and solving specific user problems rather than just creating visually appealing screens
