📋 Description

• As a Product Designer at KissMyApps SAS, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our Health & Fitness (H&F) product vertical. This pivotal role is the inaugural design hire for the H&F team, offering a unique opportunity to establish and evolve the design direction from its inception. You will collaborate intimately with product management, engineering, and marketing departments to conceptualize, validate, and scale innovative product solutions that deliver tangible business impact. Your influence will extend beyond core product UX to encompass brand presence, customer engagement strategies, and the creative execution of marketing campaigns, making this a comprehensive and high-impact design leadership opportunity.
• In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of product design. You will take complete ownership of the end-to-end design process for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring a cohesive and compelling user journey. This includes defining and continuously evolving the user experience (UX) and visual direction, translating complex ideas into intuitive and engaging interfaces. A significant part of your work will involve close collaboration with Product Managers to understand product strategy and user needs, with Engineers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation, and with Marketing teams to create effective product and marketing solutions. You will be tasked with transforming initial concepts and ideas into thoroughly tested and validated solutions, iterating based on user feedback and performance data. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in building a scalable design system, establishing foundational elements and guidelines that ensure consistency and efficiency across all product touchpoints and future design endeavors.

• The scope of your responsibilities will be broad, encompassing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration. You will be expected to conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, design high-fidelity mockups, and develop comprehensive style guides. Your ability to translate business objectives into user-centered design solutions will be paramount. You will also contribute to A/B testing strategies, analyzing results to inform design decisions and optimize user flows. The development and maintenance of a robust design system will be a key deliverable, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency for the entire product team. This includes defining UI components, typography, color palettes, and interaction patterns. You will also be involved in user testing sessions, gathering feedback to refine designs and ensure they meet user needs and expectations. Collaborating with marketing will involve creating visually appealing assets for campaigns, landing pages, and social media, ensuring brand consistency across all external communications. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our products not only function effectively but also resonate with our target audience on an emotional and aesthetic level, driving user engagement and retention.

• Strong product thinking and UX skills, with a proven ability to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and effective design solutions.

• Experience creating marketing materials and campaigns, demonstrating an understanding of how design contributes to broader marketing objectives.
