• • As a founding Product Designer at Ferry Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and the real-world complexities of healthcare. Your primary focus will be on designing and refining the user experiences that enable our AI agents to effectively interact with medical practices across the country, asking critical questions, and booking appointments. This involves anticipating and addressing a wide array of potential issues and edge cases that can arise in such a dynamic environment, ensuring our system is robust and reliable.
• • You will be responsible for developing user experiences that prioritize tangible outcomes for our patients.
