📋 Description

• As a Product Designer at Loopio Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of a globally recognized B2B platform, directly influencing how customers interact with and derive value from the product through thoughtful, user-centered design.
• Your work will bridge creativity and functionality, transforming concepts into intuitive interfaces that solve real user problems while contributing to a cohesive design culture across a distributed, global team.
• Day to day, you will participate in design critiques, empathy-building sessions, and ideation workshops to generate innovative solutions aligned with user needs and business goals.
• You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the full product lifecycle—from initial concept and validation to implementation and iteration—ensuring designs are both desirable and technically feasible.
• You will gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct user research, and perform value validation to inform design decisions and prioritize features that deliver measurable user outcomes.
• You will create detailed interaction designs, prototypes, and workflows, translating complex processes into clear, accessible user interfaces while maintaining consistency with the company’s design system and principles.
• You will regularly conduct usability tests with customers, synthesize findings, and iterate on designs based on real-world insights to improve usability and satisfaction.
• You will partner with Engineering to refine designs based on technical constraints and feedback, ensuring smooth handoff and accurate implementation of design specifications.
• You will actively contribute to the evolution of Loopio’s design culture by advocating for best practices, sharing knowledge, and helping onboard and mentor peers in design thinking and execution.
• You will maintain and enhance the design system, ensuring scalability, consistency, and efficiency across products and teams through documented components, patterns, and guidelines.
• You will work within a hybrid model based in Ahmedabad (or another key India hub), spending three days per week in a co-working space to foster in-person collaboration while retaining flexibility for focused remote work.
• You will synchronize with global teams across Canada, the UK, and the US during overlapping hours (11 am–7:30 pm IST), balancing real-time collaboration with asynchronous work to support effective #OneTeam dynamics.
• You will have access to a professional mastery allowance to pursue courses, certifications, or conferences that deepen your expertise and support long-term career growth in product design.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Product Design, preferably within a B2B company context
• Proficiency in interaction design with proven ability to tackle complex workflows and translate them into intuitive user experiences
• Strong visual design skills, including expertise in typography, iconography, layout, visual hierarchy, and affordance principles
• Experience with design thinking and user-centered design methodologies, including user research, prototyping, and usability testing
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and simplify complex concepts for cross-functional stakeholders
• Comfort with visual problem-solving through whiteboarding, sketching, and other ideation techniques
