You will be tasked with deeply understanding, documenting, and visualizing both business requirements and the critical needs of our workers, often through direct user research and observational studies. Conducting user research to validate concepts and assess usability will be a continuous activity, ensuring our designs are grounded in user needs. You will actively share your work-in-progress with the team, fostering a culture of constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
