📋 Description

• As a Product Designer at Airalo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our groundbreaking eSIM platform. You will be instrumental in translating complex user needs and business objectives into intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing digital products. • You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from initial concept and user research to wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design. This involves deeply understanding our diverse user base – from frequent travelers to business professionals – and identifying their pain points and aspirations related to mobile connectivity.
• A core part of your role will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, and Brand specialists. You will actively participate in design sprints, brainstorming sessions, and feedback loops, ensuring that design decisions are well-informed, aligned with product strategy, and technically feasible.
• You will champion a user-centered design approach, advocating for the user's needs throughout the product development lifecycle. This includes conducting user interviews, usability testing, and analyzing user data to validate design concepts and iterate on solutions.
• Your responsibilities will extend to creating high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows to stakeholders and development teams. You will meticulously craft pixel-perfect designs, ensuring consistency in UI elements, typography, color palettes, and overall brand language across all Airalo products, including our B2C app, B2B portal, and internal administrative tools.
• You will possess an outstanding eye for detail, demonstrating a relentless commitment to ensuring that all design outputs are of the highest quality, maintain impeccable consistency, and are easily comprehensible. This dedication to detail will be crucial in delivering a polished and professional user experience.

• You will contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring its scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. This includes creating and documenting new components and patterns as needed.
• You will actively participate in design reviews, articulating your design rationale clearly and incorporating feedback constructively to refine solutions.
• You will stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, continuously seeking ways to enhance your skills and bring fresh perspectives to the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital product designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Research, Brand).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and design thinking methodologies.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Based in Spain with the legal right to work in Spain.
