• • We are looking for a designer with several years of experience in creating high-quality products within fast-paced startup environments. Essential skills include excellent visual, UI, motion, and interactive design capabilities. A discerning eye for good design, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for the craft are vital. Strong prototyping abilities, with a focus on clear visual communication, are expected. The capacity to work autonomously, manage multiple concurrent projects from brief to delivery, and articulate design decisions clearly while effectively distilling feedback is also key. A bonus would be experience shipping designs to production, potentially leveraging AI tools to enhance the design process.
