📋 Description

• As a Product Designer at Coates Group Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer experiences for global brands by designing intuitive, engaging, and personalized digital interfaces for in-store and drive-thru environments.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and prototype user-centered designs, creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, conducting usability testing, and iterating based on feedback to ensure seamless interactions across digital hardware and content management systems.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in interaction design, visual storytelling, and human-centered design principles while contributing to award-winning projects that impact millions of customer interactions worldwide, including large-scale deployments in quick-service restaurant environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product or interaction design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders in fast-paced, iterative development cycles
• Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and design systems for digital interfaces
• Experience designing for physical-digital touchpoints, such as kiosks, digital signage, or in-store interactive displays
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs across teams
