📋 Description

• • As the first full-time Product Designer at Supercast (a Fox Corporation company), you will shape the next chapter of a platform empowering podcast creators to build sustainable businesses through subscriptions and exclusive content.
• • You will design creator and subscriber experiences across the Supercast platform—including the creator dashboard, subscriber interface, web and mobile applications—and own the UX, look, feel, and interactions as the platform evolves with new capabilities like mobile apps, livestreaming, and community features.
• • You will work closely with the Product Lead and Engineering team to create design systems, UI designs, interaction flows, and prototypes that accelerate product development, while refining details down to HTML/CSS implementation in a Ruby on Rails and Tailwind environment.
• • You will have the opportunity to level up existing product flows, design entirely new capabilities from scratch, and directly impact how thousands of creators and hundreds of thousands of subscribers engage with content, all while contributing to the mission of building the operating system for creator-led media businesses.
