📋 Description
- • As a Product Designer at Redgate Software, you will play a critical role in shaping intuitive, user-centered solutions that simplify complex database management challenges for data professionals worldwide.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting tactical design needs from prototyping to production, facilitating collaborative design activities, applying qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions, working closely with engineers and product managers to ensure experiential perspectives are embedded in delivery, maintaining and contributing to a shared design system, refining existing solutions through user testing and data analysis, championing customer-centric design, and supporting practice improvement through mentoring junior team members.
- • You will join a cross-functional, agile design team embedded within product development squads, collaborating with Product Managers, Technical Leads, and Software Engineers to deliver innovative, delightful products that align with Redgate’s mission of making DevOps 'Ingeniously Simple'.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in user-centered design within complex SaaS B2B domains, strengthen your research and prototyping skills, grow your ability to influence product strategy through design, and gain experience leading end-to-end design projects while contributing to a culture of inclusion, continuous learning, and design excellence.
