As a Product Designer, you will be an integral part of our small but impactful design team, working closely with the UX Lead and fellow designers to enhance both our enterprise AI Security Suite and the Gray Swan Arena platform.
• • This is a high-ownership role where your initiative and ability to drive projects from conception to completion are highly valued. You will be instrumental in translating complex technical workflows and AI security concepts into clear, intuitive, and trustworthy product experiences for highly technical users.
• • Your responsibilities will span the entire design lifecycle. You will be responsible for designing and iterating on the user interface across web and mobile platforms, ensuring a cohesive and polished user experience. This includes taking ownership of your work from the initial brainstorming and sketching phases all the way through to delivering production-ready specifications.
• • A key aspect of this role involves the creation and maintenance of our design system. You will build and manage UI components, establish design patterns, and uphold visual standards, ensuring consistency and scalability across all Gray Swan products. This foundational work will be critical as the company scales.
