• • As a Product Designer, you will be a key player in our product development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, AI Researchers, and Leadership, taking concepts from their nascent stages through to polished, high-quality implementation. Your strong understanding of front-end technologies will be crucial in bridging the gap between design and engineering, ensuring that your creations are not only aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly but also technically feasible, scalable, and delivered with exceptional accuracy and care. This is a highly collaborative, high-impact role where you will significantly influence product strategy, elevate the user experience for our global clientele, and build delightful interfaces that power critical business functions.
• • Your responsibilities will span the entire design spectrum. You will lead the charge in transforming intricate workflows into simple, intuitive, and efficient user experiences. This involves the creation of comprehensive UX flows, detailed wireframes, precise interaction specifications, and ultimately, high-quality user interface designs. A significant part of your role will be dedicated to user research; you will conduct studies, synthesize key insights, and rigorously validate your proposed solutions to ensure they meet user needs and business objectives. You will work hand-in-hand with our talented front-end engineers, ensuring the feasibility, scalability, and accessibility of your designs, and producing clean, modular design specifications. Prototyping interactions using modern front-end tools will be a core part of your process, allowing for rapid iteration and clear communication of design intent. Furthermore, you will provide essential design Quality Assurance (QA) and guidance throughout the implementation phase, ensuring that the final product aligns perfectly with the design vision. You will also partner closely with Product Managers to help shape product strategy and define scope, acting as a vocal advocate for user needs and applying innovative design thinking to solve complex technical challenges.
