📋 Description

• As a Product Designer on the AI Agent Tools team at Constructor Technologies, you will shape the future of e-commerce by designing intelligent shopping agents that transform how users discover and purchase products online. This role is critical because you’ll be defining entirely new interaction paradigms where AI doesn’t just assist but actively guides shoppers from intent to purchase, directly impacting revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction for major global retailers.
• You will own the end-to-end design process for agentic shopping experiences, conducting shopper research, running live UI experiments, and validating hypotheses with real-world data to ensure your designs drive measurable business outcomes. Day to day, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces for both shoppers and merchandisers, while defining a bold visual strategy for what product discovery will look like in 2027.
• You’ll partner with Agent Orchestrators—B2B professionals who blend data, design, and shopper psychology—to build dashboard tools that empower merchandisers to configure, train, and optimize AI-driven shopping journeys without engineering support, making sophisticated personalization accessible and scalable.
• Your work will span key surfaces including homepage, search, product detail pages, filtering, guided shopping flows, and agent configuration tools, requiring you to produce high-fidelity mockups and assets that integrate seamlessly with Constructor’s evolving design system and component library.
• You’ll operate in a fast-paced, iterative environment where experimentation is encouraged, learning from failures is valued, and shipping quickly to validate ideas with real users is paramount—ensuring your designs are not only innovative but proven to work at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a product designer with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex design problems, particularly in B2B or unfamiliar domains requiring deep workflow understanding.
• Strong skills in user research, including planning and conducting user interviews, usability tests, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Proficiency in interaction and visual design, with the ability to create high-fidelity mockups, define design systems, and produce production-ready assets for web-based applications.
• Experience designing for ambiguous or emerging problems where established patterns don’t exist, showing comfort with iteration, experimentation, and learning through shipping.
• Demonstrated systems thinking—ability to identify patterns, define scalable solutions, and design reusable components that evolve with a growing product ecosystem.
• Practical experience collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams in agile environments, with a goal-oriented mindset focused on solving high-impact problems.
