Full Job Description

šŸ“‹ Description

  • • As a Product Designer in TheFork’s B2B Tribe, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that empower restaurant partners across Europe to manage reservations, optimize operations, and grow their businesses. Your work directly contributes to TheFork’s mission of connecting diners with exceptional dining experiences through technology, making your impact tangible in the daily success of thousands of hospitality professionals.
  • • You will deliver clear, usable, and polished design solutions for well-scoped problems within your squad, operating within existing problem framing while asking clarifying questions about users, goals, constraints, and success criteria before moving to solutions. You will participate in discovery activities alongside Product Managers and Researchers, applying research insights to your design work and surfacing unknowns early. You will design effective flows and experiences within defined constraints, applying existing patterns and components correctly, and use and contribute to the design system appropriately — flagging when deviations may be needed and seeking alignment before extending patterns. You will collaborate effectively within the product trio (PM, Engineering, Design) and with immediate stakeholders to ensure alignment and feasibility, communicating your design rationale clearly and sharing work proactively during critiques and reviews. You will incorporate feedback thoughtfully to continuously improve the clarity, usability, and polish of your solutions, help improve documentation, consistency, and best practices within the team, and present your work in a clear, structured, and thoughtful manner.
  • • You will join a diverse, people-first team at TheFork, part of the Tripadvisor Group, where values of respect, ownership, growth, and ā€˜better together’ are actively lived. The company operates across 11 countries with 10 offices in Europe, fostering a multicultural environment that celebrates diverse perspectives and encourages innovation rooted in a shared passion for food, technology, and hospitality.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B product design, strengthen your ability to balance user needs with business constraints, and grow your influence within cross-functional teams. You will have the opportunity to contribute to and evolve a mature design system, refine your collaboration practices in product trios, and gain exposure to international markets — all while working on meaningful challenges that directly improve the livelihoods of restaurant partners and the dining experiences of millions.

šŸŽÆ Requirements

  • • Ability to operate comfortably within defined scopes and constraints while maintaining strong attention to usability and detail
  • • Effective collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other Designers, including clear communication of design thinking and active pursuit of alignment
  • • Commitment to seeking feedback, participating in critiques with genuine engagement, and continuously improving craft and impact
  • • Solid understanding of clarity, interaction quality, accessibility fundamentals, and visual consistency
