- • As a Product Designer, Digital (LUMA) at Tactivos Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping how human-centered design principles are embedded into digital experiences that empower teams to collaborate more effectively. Working within the LUMA Product Team, you will help translate The LUMA System—a proven framework for innovation and collaboration—into intuitive digital tools on Mural’s platform and LUMA’s web surfaces. Your work will directly influence how organizations adopt human-centered, AI-supported methods in their daily workflows, driving alignment, creativity, and measurable outcomes at scale.
- • You will define and prioritize the LUMA Software roadmap in close partnership with engineering, ensuring that product initiatives align with strategic goals and user needs. This involves collaborating with designers, engineers, and LUMA practitioners to discover opportunities through research and facilitation, then translating insights into clear product requirements and testable experiments. You will design new features and experiences that enhance usability, delight users, and seamlessly integrate LUMA into Mural’s ecosystem, while partnering with Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement teams to drive adoption and engagement.
- • The LUMA Product Team operates at the intersection of design, technology, and human-centered practice, fostering a culture that is collaborative, experiment-driven, and deeply committed to scaling impact. As part of Mural’s broader mission to help organizations transform through visual collaboration, you’ll contribute to a team that values curiosity, empathy, and rigorous execution. Your role bridges design thinking with product strategy, ensuring that every feature not only looks and feels intuitive but also delivers tangible value to users.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in product-led design within a SaaS environment, gaining hands-on experience in balancing user empathy with business objectives. You’ll strengthen your ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, use data to inform design decisions, and advocate for human-centered practices in product development. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the evolution of LUMA Workplace as a leading platform for applied design thinking, positioning yourself as a key contributor to the future of collaborative work.
