- • Product Designer role at Limina AI, a company building an intelligent platform to help organizations make sense of data through fast, accurate, and scalable solutions; this is the first dedicated design position on the product team, offering full ownership in shaping the user experience from the ground up.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the end-to-end design process from discovery and research to prototyping and delivery; building a design system from scratch; conducting user research and usability testing with non-technical users; translating complex technical behavior into intuitive interfaces; creating user flows, wireframes, and polished UI designs for web; collaborating with engineers during development; advocating for user needs in product discussions; leading design sprints; and shaping the evolution of analytics and user-facing features as the product expands.
- • The company, Forum Ventures LP-backed Limina AI, is expanding from a developer-facing API into a full user-intuitive product experience, operating at the intersection of compliance, data intelligence, and UX, with a mission to make complex data tools accessible to lawyers, compliance officers, and business users.
- • The designer will have the opportunity to define the foundation of the product’s design language, establish research practices, build a scalable design system, and directly influence how the product evolves—ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to build something meaningful from zero.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and thoughtful problem-solving
- • Strong UX fundamentals including interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and accessibility
- • Experience designing for complex, data-heavy, or technical products and translating them for non-technical users
- • Ability to conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing, and to advocate for design decisions using evidence
- • Comfort working in ambiguity on an early-stage team where processes are still being defined
- • Proficiency in Figma
- • Degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience
