Product Designer (UX)

📋 Description

• • As a Product Designer (UX) at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will shape how users experience AI from the ground up in a proactive AI chat app designed to bring intelligence to everyday conversations, errands, organizing, and workflows. Your design decisions will directly influence core user flows, interaction models, and product direction in an early, high-ownership role where your work impacts the reliability and usability of long-running AI-driven tasks.
• • You will lead end-to-end design for one or more AI product surfaces from concept to production, creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile while rapidly prototyping and iterating on new interaction models tailored to AI-driven experiences.
• • You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and ML teams to explore problems, test ideas, and ship quickly, while advocating for user experience and helping define and evolve the company’s design system to support speed, consistency, and scalability.
• • In this role, you will own the end-to-end AI interaction experience, ensure AI behaviors are predictable and trusted, detect friction proactively, and drive a design philosophy that becomes the foundation for all future AI product surfaces—gaining deep expertise in designing intuitive, high-impact experiences for complex AI systems.
