📋 Description

• • As Binalyze’s first ever Product Documentation Engineer, you will own the end-to-end knowledge-sharing experience for customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring the company’s investigation platform AIR is understood and used effectively by security professionals worldwide.
• • You will engineer and maintain documentation infrastructure, build automation tooling, integrate AI into content workflows, and embed documentation into the engineering lifecycle so it evolves alongside the product, working daily with engineering, product, support, and customer success to transform complex technical systems into clear, structured content.
• • You will join a mission-driven team at Binalyze, a company building a category-defining investigation platform used by enterprise SOCs, managed security providers, and incident response teams globally to turn security alerts into actionable understanding in minutes, not days.
• • You will develop expertise in documentation engineering as a strategic function, shaping how technical knowledge is created, delivered, and scaled, while staying ahead of industry trends in AI, automation, and developer experience to continuously improve how Binalyze shares knowledge.
