- • As a Product & Experience Designer at Accompany Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how patients with complex needs experience care through intuitive, human-centered design of digital and service touchpoints. Your work will directly impact health outcomes by making care more accessible, dignified, and personalized for underserved populations.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including care providers, engineers, and product managers to research patient journeys, prototype interfaces for web and mobile applications, conduct usability testing, and iterate on designs that support at-home and virtual care delivery. You will translate clinical and behavioral insights into seamless user experiences that empower patients and care teams alike.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in product or experience design, preferably in healthcare, social services, or mission-driven organizations
- • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- • Strong user research skills including conducting interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing qualitative insights into design decisions
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including clinicians, engineers, and product managers
- • Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, human-centered design solutions that address real user needs
- • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
