- • As a Product Manager at Lean Techniques Inc., you will play a pivotal role in guiding client engineering teams toward excellence in product management, fostering innovation, and driving organizational change through Lean-thinking and a bias for action.
- • Day to day, you will coach teams on modern delivery practices like agile and lean methodologies, collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals, lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving, and advise clients on their journey toward modern product development.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of software delivery experience
- • Strong background in Lean-thinking and product mindset
- • Proven ability to coach teams on agile, lean, continuous discovery, and improvement practices
- • Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders on product goals and delivery progress
- • Skill in guiding organizational change and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth mindset
- • Capacity to assess client maturity in product development and articulate growth strategies
