Product Manager, Banking as a Service

📋 Description

• • As a Product Manager on Stripe's Banking as a Service (BaaS) team, you will own core APIs, embedded and hosted experiences, and partner integrations to enable users to build and launch card programs and financial features into their products. This role is critical in delivering sophisticated financial services with minimal technical and operational complexity, directly supporting Stripe’s mission to increase the GDP of the internet by expanding access to financial infrastructure.
• • Day to day, you will own key user journeys from integration to core business operation, shape product strategy and roadmap, collaborate with engineering, design, legal, risk, and compliance teams early in development, act as the voice of the user in product and API designs, gather direct customer feedback, and ensure scalable, performant product delivery. You will also partner with product marketing on go-to-market strategy and engage senior customer stakeholders, external developers, end users, and sales leadership to align on strategy and win new business.
• • The BaaS team at Stripe builds the infrastructure, user-facing abstractions, and partner integrations that power card lifecycle management, money movement, and increased spend for a diverse range of users—from fintechs and vertical SaaS platforms to on-demand marketplaces, expense management, fleet, and travel companies.
