Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Product Manager, Client Solutions at Protex AI, you will own the end-to-end delivery and commercial expansion of technical projects with enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployment of AI-powered safety use cases, data integrations, and hardware connections that drive measurable risk reduction and operational value. Your role is critical in transforming post-onboarding engagements into scalable, high-impact deployments by aligning technical execution with business outcomes, directly contributing to Protex AI’s mission of redefining industrial safety through intelligent computer vision.
  • • You will scope, plan, and lead concurrent delivery workstreams across multiple enterprise accounts, defining clear technical success criteria upfront and guiding projects from requirement collection through software build, model training, configuration, validation, and sign-off. This includes managing use case deployments, end-to-end data integrations with ERP, CMMS, BI, and safety platforms, hardware integrations with PLCs, access control systems, and edge devices, as well as coordinating early access and beta rollouts of new features with named accounts.
  • • You will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and the client, translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans without direct authority, while identifying and escalating delivery risks with resolution paths, managing client expectations through clear communication, and uncovering expansion opportunities in additional cameras, use cases, and sites to drive commercial growth.
  • • Over time, you will synthesize field patterns into reusable delivery playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and feature rollout standards that scale across the organization, feeding structured feedback into product and engineering to improve integration velocity and solution quality.
  • • You will work within a mission-driven, fast-growing AI safety company trusted by Fortune 500 leaders like DHL, Amazon, and Tesla, where your contributions directly support a proven 64% average risk reduction within three months of deployment across 20+ countries, helping to build safer, smarter industrial workplaces through real-time, AI-powered insights.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS delivery, industrial IoT integrations, and AI/ML feature commercialization, while honing your ability to bridge technical and commercial conversations, drive outcomes in ambiguous environments, and shape scalable product strategies grounded in real-world client feedback and deployment data.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Technical proficiency to understand system integrations, estimate effort, identify failure modes, and engage credibly in technical discussions without requiring an engineer to be present
  • • Proven experience in enterprise SaaS delivery, data product rollouts, or AI/ML feature implementations, particularly in complex, regulated environments
  • • Ability to define, track, and uphold measurable technical success criteria in fast-moving, ambiguous client contexts while balancing delivery and commercial expansion goals
  • • Strong client-facing communication skills, with the talent to translate technical complexity into clear, honest dialogue and manage expectations without overpromising
  • • Familiarity with data connectivity platforms such as Snowflake, Salesforce, SAP, or similar, and prior exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environments is a strong advantage
  • • High agency and initiative: comfortable removing blockers, escalating with context and proposed solutions, and building lightweight prototypes or proof-of-concepts using AI tools to validate assumptions and unblock decisions

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI safety technology deployed at global industry leaders including DHL, Amazon, and Tesla, contributing to measurable workplace safety improvements
  • • Hybrid work environment based in Dublin with flexibility to collaborate across international teams and clients operating in 20+ countries
  • • Significant impact and ownership: you will shape delivery standards, influence product direction, and drive commercial expansion through technical credibility and execution excellence
  • • Professional growth in a high-growth, venture-backed scaleup that recently raised $36M in Series B funding, offering exposure to enterprise sales cycles, AI innovation, and global operations
  • • Inclusive and equitable workplace culture committed to diversity, accessibility, and equal opportunity regardless of gender, civil status, family status, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, education level, or race
