  • • As a Product Manager for Packages at Pluralsight, you will own the strategic roadmap and execution of solution packages that directly impact how enterprise customers achieve measurable learning and business outcomes — turning content, assessments, labs, and services into coherent, outcome-driven offerings that align with company growth objectives.
  • • You will serve as the business line owner for active packages like AI Academy, SecureReady, and CloudReady, continuously refining their scope, structure, and value proposition based on customer feedback, market trends, and performance data to ensure sustained relevance and adoption.
  • • You will drive go-to-market (GTM) coordination by leading pricing, packaging, positioning, and launch strategies in partnership with sales, marketing, and channel teams — transforming ad-hoc launches into a scalable, repeatable GTM motion that accelerates revenue and market penetration.
  • • You will partner with Pluralsight’s consulting and in-person learning divisions to ensure solution packages deliver a seamless, end-to-end customer experience across digital, live, and hybrid delivery modalities, eliminating friction and enhancing perceived value.
  • • You will enable sales teams and channel partners by defining product requirements and foundational tools that allow them to configure, price, and propose solution packages autonomously — targeting a self-serve package creation capability by end of 2026 to scale commercial efficiency.
  • • You will identify and prioritize net-new solution package opportunities by analyzing market demand, competitive gaps, and Pluralsight’s unique content strengths — ensuring the pipeline remains innovation-forward and aligned with emerging tech skill needs.
  • • You will operate with strong commercial instincts, building data-informed business cases that connect product decisions directly to revenue, retention, and expansion outcomes — ensuring every package delivers measurable ROI for customers and the business.
  • • You will thrive in ambiguity, constructing frameworks and processes where none existed before — establishing repeatable models for package definition, configuration, and launch that become institutional capabilities across the organization.
  • • You will collaborate daily with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams without direct authority, using influence, storytelling, and data to align stakeholders around shared outcomes and drive cross-functional execution.
  • • You will grow your expertise in B2B SaaS product strategy, solution bundling, pricing architecture, and enterprise sales enablement — positioning yourself as a leader in the evolving landscape of tech upskilling and workforce development.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience as a Product Manager for SaaS or software products, with a proven track record of owning product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
  • • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and partnerships without formal authority — using influence, data, and storytelling to achieve consensus.
  • • Experience managing a portfolio of products or SKUs with distinct customer segments, pricing tiers, and value propositions — ideally in a B2B or enterprise context.
  • • Familiarity with solution selling, outcome-based packaging, or bundling software, content, and services in a B2B SaaS environment — particularly where offerings span multiple delivery modalities.
  • • Strong commercial acumen: ability to assess market opportunity, build ROI-focused business cases, and tie product decisions to revenue, retention, and expansion metrics.
  • • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building repeatable frameworks, processes, and documentation where none previously existed — turning chaos into scalable systems.
