- • Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for US Personal Loans, driving aggressive growth in the largest lending market in the world.
- • Define and ship features that improve credit quality, reduce losses, increase customer satisfaction, and scale loan originations.
- • Collaborate directly with data science to operationalize proprietary credit and pricing models into production lending decisions.
- • Design and build automations that significantly increase operational efficiency for customer service, servicing, and collections teams.
- • Lead A/B testing of customer journeys from application through post-origination to identify what moves conversion, repayment, and satisfaction metrics.
- • Explore and implement LLM-powered solutions to enhance customer service, loan servicing, and collections workflows.
- • Improve the post-origination customer experience, including payments, support, and retention mechanisms.
- • Write SQL and Python to generate analytical insights independently, reducing reliance on analyst teams.
- • Commit code to production for straightforward features and build AI agent workflows to automate repetitive tasks.
- • Work closely with a team of ~14 backend engineers, 2–3 data scientists, 4 credit risk specialists, and a 1–2 person growth team.
- • Align and motivate cross-functional teams across London, Europe, and Arlington, Virginia to deliver high-impact outcomes.
- • Break complex problems into shippable pieces and make decisions under ambiguity with full ownership of outcomes.
- • Communicate crisply in specs, presentations, and cross-functional meetings to engineers, MDs, and leadership.
- • Build strong relationships across credit risk, operations, engineering, and growth to pull together the right people at the right time.
- • Default to action, move fast, and course-correct based on data and feedback.
- • Use AI not as a buzzword but as a force multiplier: demonstrate personal experience with AI-assisted analysis, code generation, or agent workflows.
- • Contribute to building Lendable as one of the most AI-forward financial services companies in the world.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in Product, Strategy, or Analytics, with at least 1 year in a Product Manager role
- • 1+ years in fintech, financial services, or a strong grasp of lending and credit
- • Proven track record of shipping products that moved real business metrics
- • Very comfortable with data analysis and SQL; able to ask and answer analytical questions independently
- • Experience building with AI — agents, workflows, code generation, or AI-assisted analysis
- • Highly curious systems thinker who connects dots and thinks through end-to-end impact
