- • As a Product Marketing Designer at Sportygroup B.V., you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and engagement of the brand across digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on football-themed content that resonates with passionate sports audiences. Your work will directly influence how users perceive and interact with Sporty Bet’s applications and websites, making your creative contributions central to marketing effectiveness and brand loyalty.
- • Day to day, you will develop visually compelling content for Sporty Bet across all applications and websites, including banners, social media assets, match graphics, and promotional materials tailored to various channels. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ideate and execute campaign concepts around upcoming matches and events, ensuring designs are not only eye-catching but also aligned with brand messaging and audience preferences. You will adapt your creative approach to suit different platforms—such as Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and in-app displays—optimizing for format, resolution, and user behavior. Staying current with evolving design trends, football culture, memes, and internet aesthetics will be essential to keep content fresh and relevant. Additionally, you will partner with analytics and data teams to review performance metrics of your designs, using insights to iterate and improve visual effectiveness over time.

🎯 Requirements
- • Degree qualification in Graphic Design or a related field
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design and video tools
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating compelling visuals across marketing channels, with a clear affinity for sports, football culture, and trending internet aesthetics
- • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, display networks, and social media, including their design best practices and technical specifications
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective work with cross-functional teams
- • Strong project management abilities to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
- • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- • Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in fast-evolving marketing landscapes
