  • • You will be an integral part of a dynamic, cross-functional ecosystem, forging strong partnerships with our Product, Sales, and Content teams. Your collaborative efforts will ensure that every product launch is meticulously planned and executed, every marketing asset serves a distinct and purposeful objective, and every narrative we share powerfully articulates the core values and benefits that matter most to our customers. Your influence will extend across the entire product lifecycle, from initial conception to market reception and ongoing adoption.
  • • A core responsibility will be to develop and refine our product's value propositions and messaging frameworks. This involves delving deep into market dynamics, understanding competitive landscapes, and identifying unique differentiators that will elevate FMX above the noise. You will translate complex product features into clear, compelling benefits that resonate with the specific pain points and aspirations of our target audiences in the education and government sectors.
  • • You will take ownership of the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new product launches and feature releases. This involves orchestrating the efforts of diverse teams, including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure a cohesive and impactful market entry. You will define launch objectives, develop comprehensive GTM plans, and manage timelines to guarantee a seamless and successful rollout across all relevant channels.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be dedicated to sales enablement. You will be the architect of resources that empower our sales force to effectively communicate our value and close deals. This includes creating and refining essential sales collateral such as persuasive pitch decks, compelling customer case studies that showcase real-world success, concise one-pagers highlighting key benefits, and insightful competitive battle cards that equip our team with the knowledge to navigate competitive scenarios.
  • • To excel in this position, you must cultivate a deep understanding of our market landscape. This involves conducting thorough market intelligence gathering to become the definitive expert on our competitors, their strategies, and their product offerings. Equally important is understanding our buyers – their roles, their challenges, their decision-making processes, and their specific purchasing criteria. This intelligence will inform all aspects of your marketing strategy.
  • • You will act as a strategic partner to our content team, influencing content strategy to ensure alignment with product marketing objectives. Your insights will guide the creation of high-impact assets that cater to every stage of the buyer's journey, from initial awareness to consideration and decision. This includes collaborating on the development of engaging content such as insightful blog posts, authoritative whitepapers, informative webinars, and persuasive videos that effectively communicate our product's value and address customer needs.
  • • Fostering customer advocacy will be a key initiative. You will proactively engage with our existing user base to uncover and nurture powerful customer stories. This involves gathering valuable insights, collecting compelling testimonials, and documenting successful use cases that serve as authentic validation of our product's transformative impact. These advocacy efforts will be crucial for building trust and credibility in the market.
  • • You will continuously monitor market trends, analyze campaign performance, and gather customer feedback to iterate and optimize our product marketing strategies. Your role is pivotal in ensuring FMX remains at the forefront of innovation and market leadership within the public sector SaaS space.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in Product Marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and product launch execution.
  • • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
  • • Experience in creating and delivering sales enablement materials (e.g., pitch decks, case studies, battle cards).
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
