  • • You will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging frameworks and narratives that effectively communicate Lantern's unique value proposition to diverse audiences, ensuring our brand resonates with employers and members alike.
  • • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy, creating essential collateral such as buyer personas, objection handling guides, persuasive presentations, informative one-pagers, impactful customer case studies, and engaging product demonstrations. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing win rates and shortening sales cycles.
  • • Maintain rigorous quality standards for all external-facing content, consistently updating and evolving materials to reflect accurate messaging, the latest data, and our evolving brand identity.
  • • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis, delving into market trends, understanding buyer behavior, and meticulously analyzing competitor positioning. You will then translate these insights into actionable intelligence to empower our cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • • Actively influence the product roadmap by channeling crucial insights derived from client feedback, partner input, and member experiences. Your role will be vital in identifying new opportunities for product innovation and strategic growth, ensuring Lantern remains at the forefront of specialty care solutions.
  • • Design, implement, and manage scalable processes that enhance our product marketing capabilities. This includes establishing robust reporting mechanisms, conducting thorough win/loss analyses, and systematically gathering and showcasing member testimonials to amplify our impact and ensure consistent application of best practices across the organization.
  • • Play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the Product Marketing function at Lantern, positioning it as a critical force multiplier for our ambitious growth strategy and market expansion efforts.
  • • Collaborate closely with product management, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a unified and compelling go-to-market strategy for all product launches and updates.
  • • Translate complex healthcare concepts and Lantern's innovative solutions into clear, concise, and persuasive language that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Drive the development of competitive intelligence reports and frameworks to equip the sales team with the knowledge needed to effectively position Lantern against competitors.
  • • Contribute to the development of pricing and packaging strategies by providing market insights and competitive analysis.
  • • Champion the voice of the customer internally, ensuring that product development and marketing efforts are aligned with market needs and user expectations.
  • • Develop and manage a content calendar for product marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of all collateral and communications.
  • • Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials, using data to continuously optimize performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing.
  • • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and pair impactful language with effective visuals.
  • • Demonstrated ability to use data to tell compelling, results-driven stories.
  • • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally in a highly collaborative manner.
  • • Familiarity with established product marketing best practices and the ability to replicate past success in a scaling organization.
  • • A resourceful, "find a way" attitude with a strong team-player mentality.
  • • Passion for healthcare and a genuine curiosity about business dynamics.
  • • Experience with Figma is a plus.
  • • Experience in start-up environments or fast-paced, rapidly scaling organizations is a plus.
