- • Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for Leadership Connect’s products, ensuring messaging, packaging, and positioning align with market needs and business objectives.
- • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- • Collaborate directly with product managers and team leads to translate market feedback into actionable product improvements and feature prioritization.
- • Develop compelling product narratives and value propositions tailored to key verticals including government, business, and media sectors.
- • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for differentiation.
- • Create and manage product launch plans, including timelines, messaging frameworks, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing content.
- • Work closely with Marketing to align product campaigns with broader brand strategy and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
- • Leverage data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimize performance metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and retention.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and Product teams to ensure sales teams are equipped with accurate, up-to-date product knowledge and tools.
- • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling benefits for diverse client audiences, including C-suite executives and policy influencers.
- • Monitor product usage patterns and customer feedback loops to inform iterative improvements and roadmap prioritization.
- • Ensure all product marketing materials reflect the company’s mission of fostering high-impact relationships in government, business, and media.
- • Maintain alignment with Leadership Connect Canada’s operations in Quebec while supporting the broader U.S.-based corporate strategy.
- • Present product marketing performance and strategic recommendations to the VP of Marketing on a regular basis.
- • Drive consistency in product messaging across all customer touchpoints, including websites, sales decks, webinars, case studies, and demos.
- • Stay current on industry developments in information services, relationship intelligence, and decision-making platforms to maintain competitive relevance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role in B2B technology or information services
- • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- • Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience crafting compelling product narratives
- • Experience working with data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform product strategy
- • Proven track record of successful product launches and adoption growth
