- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing, acting as a crucial bridge between market understanding and commercial success. Your primary objective will be to ensure that customer needs and emerging market opportunities directly influence Gorilla's product development and growth trajectory.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve leading comprehensive market research initiatives. This includes sizing market opportunities, deeply understanding customer needs, and meticulously mapping the competitive landscape. The insights derived from this research will be critical in shaping product direction, prioritizing the roadmap, and focusing GTM efforts.
- • You will be responsible for defining and validating Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas. This will be achieved through structured interviews, data-driven analysis, and a keen understanding of the enterprise energy sector's unique buying dynamics.

- • Coordinating and driving the execution of product launches will be a core responsibility, ensuring seamless integration across content creation, sales enablement, product readiness, and sales team preparedness.
- • Establishing key success metrics and performance dashboards is essential for tracking GTM effectiveness and driving iterative improvements. This data-driven approach will allow for continuous optimization of our market strategies.
