At HappyRobot, you will occupy a critical nexus, bridging Product Engineering, Deployments, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and overall Operations. Your primary function will be to act as the connective tissue, ensuring these diverse teams operate not just in parallel, but in perfect synchronization. You will be a versatile execution powerhouse, tasked with tackling the most significant challenges that impede our organizational velocity. This could range from optimizing intricate data pipelines and architecting sophisticated pricing models to meticulously managing complex deployment logistics. Your impact will be felt across the entire product lifecycle and operational framework.
• • As the **Bridge to Deployments**, you will be the primary liaison between the Product Engineering team and the Deployment team. This involves ensuring the Deployment team is thoroughly equipped and enabled with comprehensive knowledge of new features and product updates. You will meticulously oversee the technical feedback loop, channeling critical insights and observations from the field back to the engineering teams for continuous improvement. Your ultimate responsibility in this area is to guarantee the successful and seamless introduction of new releases into the market, ensuring they meet both technical specifications and customer expectations.
• • In **Go-To-Market (GTM) and Commercial Enablement**, you will collaborate closely with GTM teams to drive technical enablement initiatives. This includes providing essential technical support for Product-Led Sales (PLS) motions, thereby empowering sales teams with the necessary information and tools to effectively position our products. A key aspect of this responsibility is refining feature pricing structures, ensuring they accurately reflect the technical value and complexity of our offerings. You will act as a crucial translator, ensuring the commercial side of the business possesses a clear and accurate understanding of the technical realities and inherent value of the products being shipped.
• • Regarding **Metrics and Measurement**, you will work in tandem with Engineering and Strategy & Operations teams to define, implement, and rigorously track key product and company-wide metrics. This role demands a hands-on approach, where you will delve into raw data to ensure our efforts and product development are optimized for the most impactful and desired outcomes. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in shaping our understanding of performance and guiding strategic decisions.
• • You will also take ownership of **Data Labeling Operations**, managing the critical human element that underpins our agentic AI stack, particularly across voice, reasoning, and coding agents. This involves the comprehensive coordination of both in-house labeling teams and external agencies to guarantee a consistent and high-quality throughput of training data. Ensuring the accuracy and efficacy of this data is paramount to the continuous learning and improvement of our AI systems.
