- • As a Product Solution Senior Engineer on Guidewire's Early Access & Adoption (EAA) Team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, ensuring new product capabilities are adoption-ready from day one by configuring, prototyping, and validating emerging features—especially those leveraging Gen AI and AI tools—before they reach general availability. You will act as a trusted advisor to early adopters, guiding them through seamless transitions while providing critical feedback to product and engineering teams to shape future releases.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include becoming the go-to expert on new Guidewire capabilities through hands-on prototyping and configuration; collaborating with engineering, product, and implementation teams to communicate adoption impacts and GA readiness; leading early access projects by advising customers and internal stakeholders; creating scalable knowledge assets using AI tools to develop adoption collateral; solving complex adoption barriers by building innovative prototypes on the Guidewire App Platform; informing product direction through Field Engineering customer engagements; staying ahead of emerging technologies like LLMs and AI; building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; and maintaining a customer-centric approach by aligning solutions with P&C insurers’ strategic goals.
- • You will join a collaborative, innovation-driven team within Guidewire’s Product Development Organization that serves as the voice of adoption, blending deep business, consulting, technical, and product expertise to accelerate time to value for customers. The EAA Team plays a pivotal role in influencing product design and delivery by embedding an adoption-first mindset throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring new capabilities deliver real-world value immediately upon release.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Guidewire’s ecosystem, particularly ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter, while honing your skills in AI application, prompt engineering, and agile methodologies. You’ll have the opportunity to influence the future of P&C insurance software, work with top industry experts, and grow your career through continual development and internal mobility opportunities, all while working in a flexible, remote-friendly environment that values integrity, rationality, and collegiality.
