📋 Description

• The Product Specialist role at Sequence is central to shaping the customer onboarding and product implementation journey, acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams to drive product adoption and scalability.
• Day to day, the specialist will manage the full customer implementation lifecycle from contract signature to go-live, translate complex pricing models into the Sequence data model, provide expert guidance to accelerate onboarding, gather and relay product feedback to engineering and product teams, and help build and scale the onboarding playbook alongside leadership.
• Sequence is a fast-growing, early-stage company backed by a16z, focused on revolutionizing billing and revenue workflows through an AI-native platform, with a mission to become a category-defining player in financial operations technology.
• In this role, the individual will gain deep expertise in SaaS onboarding, technical product implementation, cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering, and strategic thinking in a high-impact, ambiguous environment—positioning them to grow into leadership roles as the implementation function scales.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical or analytical role such as implementation management, solutions engineering, product, or data analysis within a high-growth environment
• Technical background, including a STEM degree or hands-on experience with technical products, teams, or side projects
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with comfort engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
