  • • As a Product Success Manager on the Tactical team at Teamworks, you will be at the forefront of a groundbreaking initiative, powering the U.S. Army's Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in performance or tactical environments to ensure the successful adoption and integration of Teamworks' core H2F products across various Army units nationwide. You will serve as a critical partner to strength coaches, dietitians, athletic trainers, mental performance specialists, and brigade leadership, acting as the bridge between cutting-edge technology and the demanding world of military readiness.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to own the entire onboarding and implementation lifecycle for H2F practitioners and units. This involves meticulously planning and executing strategies to drive high activation rates, minimize the time-to-first-value for users, and foster consistent practitioner engagement from the very first interaction. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our platform becomes an indispensable part of their daily operations and strategic planning.
  • • Building and nurturing trusted, long-term relationships with H2F stakeholders at all levels is paramount. This includes cultivating rapport with frontline practitioners focused on mental, spiritual, and physical performance, as well as engaging effectively with brigade leadership and program administrators. Your ability to understand their unique challenges and communicate the value of Teamworks solutions will be key to fostering deep partnerships.
  • • You will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored training programs specifically for military audiences. These sessions will focus on demonstrating the direct application of Teamworks Hub, AMS, Nutrition, and Strength and Conditioning capabilities, clearly linking them to the overarching H2F mission readiness outcomes. The goal is to empower users with the knowledge and skills to maximize the platform's potential.
  • • Proactive monitoring of product engagement and usage data across your assigned accounts is a core function. You will analyze these metrics to identify trends, pinpoint areas of friction or underutilization, and implement proactive interventions to mitigate the risk of churn. Your insights will be crucial in ensuring sustained value and user satisfaction.
  • • A vital part of your role will be to translate real-world learnings from the field back to internal teams. You will provide actionable feedback to Product, Support, and Tactical leadership, ensuring that our platform continuously evolves to meet the dynamic and specific needs of the H2F program. This feedback loop is essential for iterative improvement and innovation.
  • • To support the rapid expansion of the H2F portfolio, you will play a key role in standardizing and documenting onboarding frameworks, best practices, and comprehensive playbooks. These resources will be critical for scaling our efforts efficiently as the program grows across new units and brigades.
  • • You will foster a collaborative spirit by working closely with colleagues across different verticals, such as Sport, sharing best practices, and contributing to a unified and effective approach to product success throughout Teamworks.
  • • This role requires a willingness to travel to base or on-site locations as needed. These trips will be essential for supporting in-person implementation, conducting hands-on training, and strengthening stakeholder engagement, ensuring a robust and personalized user experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience managing customer or stakeholder relationships in a performance, military, or healthcare setting, with the ability to operate independently across a large book of business.
  • • Demonstrated experience onboarding or implementing technology solutions in fast-moving, high-accountability environments.
  • • Experience working with at least one Teamworks product including Hub, AMS, Nutrition, or Strength and Conditioning.
  • • Strong communication skills with both practitioner-level users and leadership-level stakeholders, with the ability to adapt your style to the audience.
  • • Ability to travel to base or on-site locations and obtain a government Common Access Card (CAC) and other required credentials.
  • • Comfort operating in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments where priorities shift and self-direction is essential.
