📋 Description

• The Product & Testing Manager at Onhires Inc. plays a pivotal role in bridging product strategy with technical execution, ensuring that market intelligence and SaaS solutions for the automotive and tire sectors are delivered with precision, reliability, and user-centric quality. This hybrid role sits at the core of product operations, where the individual will not only help shape the product roadmap but also own its quality through rigorous testing and release coordination, directly impacting customer satisfaction and market competitiveness in a fast-growing, remote-first scale-up.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting and driving product workflows such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination; acting as a key liaison between Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales teams to align priorities and translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable product requirements; designing and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test scenarios for new features; performing hands-on manual testing for each release; collaborating with engineers on end-to-end (E2E) testing strategy and contributing to the expansion of automated test coverage; advocating for continuous improvements in product quality and QA processes; maintaining internal and external product documentation, including knowledge base articles and help center content; preparing regular product updates and internal communications such as product newsletters; and researching and applying industry best practices in both product management and quality assurance to elevate team standards.

• In this role, the individual will gain deep end-to-end exposure to the product lifecycle in a B2B SaaS environment, developing expertise in both strategic product execution and technical quality assurance. They will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Product, sharpening their skills in agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and release coordination while building hands-on experience in manual and automated testing practices. Over time, they can grow into a product leadership role or specialize further in QA automation, product analytics, or user experience validation, all within a company that supports learning and professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, QA, or hybrid roles within SaaS or software environments
• Strong understanding of Agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination
• Hands-on experience with manual testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing principles
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication abilities to effectively bridge Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales teams
• Fluent English (German language proficiency is considered a plus)
