This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of production, from the initial spark of pre-production through the final wrap, playing a crucial role in the successful execution of diverse projects.
• As a Production Coordinator, you will be the linchpin of our production operations, working directly under our experienced Producer. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously manage the day-to-day logistics of multiple productions simultaneously. This involves ensuring that every element, from crew and talent coordination to location scouting, equipment rentals, and travel arrangements, is seamlessly organized and executed. You will be instrumental in keeping projects on schedule and within scope, acting as a central point of communication for all stakeholders.
• Your involvement will span the entire production lifecycle. In pre-production, you'll be assisting with the foundational elements, ensuring all necessary resources are secured and all logistical hurdles are anticipated and addressed. During shoot days, your on-the-ground support will be invaluable, helping to manage time effectively, troubleshoot any emerging issues in real-time, and ensure a smooth and efficient filming process. Post-production will see you taking ownership of file organization, ensuring accurate naming conventions, maintaining proper folder structures, and managing the secure delivery and archiving of all footage and assets.
• A key aspect of this role is maintaining impeccable organization and communication. You will be responsible for keeping all paperwork, project files, and communications meticulously organized and consistently moving forward on schedule. This includes assisting in the creation and distribution of essential production documents such as call sheets, detailed schedules, comprehensive contact lists, and talent/location releases. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that no critical information is missed, tracking deliverables, approvals, shot lists, and notes across various project phases and timelines.
