📋 Description

• • The Brand & Creative Production Lead at Replit is responsible for defining, building, and scaling how creative work is produced across the company, ensuring high-quality, timely, and on-budget delivery of brand initiatives.
• • Day to day, the role oversees production planning and execution across campaigns, launches, product work, and ongoing initiatives; leads production on high-impact work such as films, events, and brand moments; manages external agencies and vendors; scopes projects; allocates resources; and partners with Creative, Strategy, and Ops to align production with goals.
• • The Brand & Creative team at Replit defines the company’s visual and verbal identity, drives brand expression across product and marketing, and shapes perception through launches and campaigns, operating as both strategic authority and creative leadership.
• • In this role, the individual will build and scale production capabilities, including hiring and managing producers; improve efficiency and scalability across workflows; gain visibility into cross-functional dependencies; and produce career-defining work that reaches millions of users worldwide.
