📋 Description

• As a Production Support Lead at SS&C Technologies, you will ensure the end-to-end health and availability of the RPA ecosystem, driving the team toward a 'Zero-Downtime' model by architecting resilient infrastructure spanning on-prem VMware clusters and Kubernetes environments.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing VMware infrastructure, overseeing Kubernetes orchestration for RPA components, conducting L3/L4 root cause analysis of production failures, refactoring Blue Prism code (including .NET/C# stages), optimizing SQL performance, implementing proactive reliability frameworks like watchdogs, and providing technical sign-off for production migrations.
