- • This Professional Lines Account Manager role manages all aspects of account service plans while developing client relationships for professional liability insurance, ensuring accurate service delivery and growth opportunities.
- • Day to day, the role involves building and strengthening client relationships, developing and overseeing service plans, leading internal and client meetings, supervising marketing submissions and proposal preparation, managing claim reviews, reviewing policies and financial records, and keeping management informed of account risks and opportunities.
