  • Act as a trusted advisor to a diverse range of clients, from innovative startups to established enterprises, guiding them through the process of understanding and optimizing their digital customer journeys.
  • You will meticulously diagnose user experience challenges by leveraging the powerful analytics capabilities of the Contentsquare platform.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations for UX improvements, grounded in data and best practices in user-centered design.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal Contentsquare teams, including Data Analytics Consultants and Strategy Consultants, to deliver holistic and integrated solutions that address the multifaceted needs of our clients.

  • You will be instrumental in helping clients understand their users' behavior, pain points, and motivations within their digital interfaces.
  • Utilize Contentsquare's advanced features to uncover opportunities for A/B testing, personalization, and feature enhancements that directly address identified user friction.
  • Develop compelling narratives and visual presentations that clearly articulate findings, proposed solutions, and the anticipated business impact of UX design changes.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams to foster a deeper understanding of UX principles and the effective use of the Contentsquare platform for ongoing optimization.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in UX design, digital analytics, and customer experience management to continuously enhance your expertise and the value you bring to clients.
  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of the Professional Services team by sharing best practices, developing reusable assets, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Champion the voice of the customer within client organizations, advocating for user-centricity in all digital product development and strategy decisions.
  • Measure and report on the success of implemented UX initiatives, demonstrating ROI and identifying further opportunities for optimization.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and a deep understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in a client-facing consulting or professional services role, demonstrating the ability to manage client relationships and deliver projects end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in using UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and a strong understanding of user research techniques, usability testing, and information architecture.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms and the ability to interpret data to inform design decisions is a significant plus.
