We are seeking ambitious, game-changing individuals who are driven to win and set the highest standards. If you thrive in a high-performance culture and are looking for a career opportunity that will ignite your passion, this role is for you.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the development and configuration of software features, meticulously adhering to design documents and enterprise software standards. Your technical expertise will be crucial in translating complex requirements into robust, scalable solutions that meet our clients' needs.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve direct customer interaction. You will serve as a key technical point of contact, engaging in discussions to understand their challenges, provide solutions, and ensure their success with our products. This requires not only technical acumen but also exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- • You will play a vital role in supporting our clients during their User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. This involves guiding them through the testing process, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring that the software meets their functional and performance expectations before deployment.
- • This position demands a high degree of autonomy and collaboration. You will interface independently with various Research & Development (R&D) and Professional Services (PS) groups within NICE, as well as with the Customer Support teams. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for delivering seamless solutions and maintaining high client satisfaction.
- • To align with our global client base, this role requires working within the USA Eastern Standard Time (EST) shift zone, typically from 5 PM IST to 2 AM IST. This schedule is crucial for providing timely support and engagement with our North American clients.
- • This is a permanent work-from-home position, offering the flexibility and convenience of a remote work environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our success without the need for daily office commutes, while still being a fully integrated member of our dynamic team.
- • You will leverage your good knowledge of Risk and/or Compliance solutions to effectively configure and support our Actimize product suite. Understanding the nuances of these domains is key to delivering value to our clients in the financial sector.
- • Your ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and communicate effectively will be paramount. We expect you to possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • You will be expected to use facts and data to influence decisions, both internally and externally. This analytical approach ensures that our strategies and solutions are grounded in evidence and deliver measurable results.
- • The capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and make appropriate, timely decisions is critical. In a fast-paced environment, you must be able to assess situations, weigh options, and act decisively to keep projects on track.
- • A proven ability to meet deadlines while consistently maintaining high-quality standards is essential. We value individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of their work.
- • You will utilize your excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills are vital for building rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- • The ability to work effectively with a diverse group of associates, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment, is highly valued. You will interact with individuals from various departments and backgrounds, contributing to a cohesive team effort.
- • You will need to interact effectively with all levels of management and customers, demonstrating professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach in all communications.
- • This role requires the ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision, especially in a time-critical environment. You should be a self-starter, capable of taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
- • Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes are key. The financial technology landscape is constantly evolving, and you must be able to pivot and adjust your approach as required.
- • You will be instrumental in ensuring the scalability, multi-user capability, and security of our code, adhering to best practices in software development.
- • Actively engage with colleagues to share knowledge, expand professional domain expertise, and foster a continuous learning culture within the team.
- • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and thrive in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
