Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream technology programs that span data science, product development, and client strategy, ensuring every initiative lands on time, on budget, and with measurable business impact.
- • Translate high-level corporate objectives into detailed program road-maps, work-breakdown structures, and sprint-level plans that engineering, data, and design teams can execute against with clarity and confidence.
- • Serve as the primary point of accountability for executive stakeholders, providing transparent status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies that keep leadership informed and empowered to make rapid decisions.
- • Build and nurture high-performing, cross-functional squads that include software engineers, data scientists, UX researchers, and client SMEs, fostering psychological safety, continuous learning, and a culture of experimentation.
- • Establish and continuously refine program governance—KPIs, OKRs, RAID logs, change-control boards, and retrospectives—so that every deliverable is traceable to client ROI and internal margin targets.
- • Drive adoption of modern delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, Lean, or hybrid) while tailoring ceremonies and artifacts to the maturity and culture of each client environment.
- • Anticipate and neutralize roadblocks before they threaten scope or timeline, whether that means re-sequencing work, negotiating additional resources, or re-scoping requirements with client executives.
- • Champion a data-driven mindset by embedding analytics into program reporting, using real-time dashboards to surface leading indicators of success and course-correct early.
- • Collaborate with sales and account teams during pre-sales cycles to scope new engagements, craft compelling SOWs, and ensure that delivery commitments are both ambitious and achievable.
- • Mentor junior project managers and scrum masters, creating reusable playbooks, templates, and training sessions that scale Blueprint’s delivery excellence across the organization.
- • Lead post-implementation reviews that capture lessons learned, quantify business value delivered, and feed actionable insights back into product strategy and sales narratives.
- • Stay ahead of emerging technology trends—cloud-native architectures, AI/ML pipelines, low-code platforms—and evaluate their applicability to current and future client programs.
- • Uphold Blueprint’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by ensuring every voice is heard in planning sessions, retrospectives, and stakeholder demos.
- • Travel up to 25% (when safe) to client sites across North America to facilitate discovery workshops, steering-committee meetings, and go-live celebrations that deepen relationships and open doors for expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on program or portfolio management experience delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions in consulting, SaaS, or Fortune 1000 environments.
- • Demonstrated mastery of at least one formal program-management methodology (PMP, SAFe, Lean, or equivalent) with the pragmatism to adapt rather than adhere dogmatically.
- • Proven ability to manage budgets between $1M-$10M and cross-functional teams of 15-50 contributors while maintaining gross-margin targets.
- • Exceptional stakeholder-management skills—comfortable presenting to C-suite audiences, facilitating difficult trade-off conversations, and translating technical jargon into business outcomes.
- • Advanced proficiency in modern collaboration and delivery tooling such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Miro, Tableau, or Power BI.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree or PMI-PgMP/ SAFe SPC certification strongly preferred.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fully remote-first culture with quarterly in-person summits in vibrant locations to foster connection and celebrate wins.
- • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and eligible dependents, with 100% of employee premiums covered by Blueprint.
- • Annual professional-development stipend of $3,500 plus paid time off to attend conferences, pursue certifications, or complete advanced coursework.
- • Flexible PTO policy that actually encourages unplugging, plus 11 paid holidays and a company-wide end-of-year shutdown.
